Business ResourcesIn this section you will find sub-categories for diferent types of business resources. Whether it's website creation, online business associations, links to outsources, it will be here. Affiliate and other programs that you can join to earn a commission are listed under the Opportunities Page.
Understandably, we are not going to have EVERY resource listed here. The ones that our group chose are ones that we use, are reputable and provide the best information. We will, of course, add additional listings as we come across them. You are welcome to contact us to let us know of programs that you feel would be beneficial! We love to share and we love to learn. For now, these are the categories that we have:
Website Building Programs: SBI! - Site Build It is run by Ken Evoy. You will find him on the home page of this website and he is very serious about helping others lay out the foundation on their business through his site. This website creating program features step by step, video tutorials to assist you. There are also forums to ask questions if you get stuck. The cost, as of July 2008, was still under $500 and is a great tool to get started with. Easy Web Builder - This site was created by Jim Daniels and is another good resource to look at. Although this site is fairly easy with its video tutorials, you will have to download the information and use an unzip program to work it. Not difficult but it just adds another layer to its use. Some people do not like the idea of downloading software or other items to their computers so this may not be for them. The cost for this program, as of July 2008, was under $200 and makes this extremely affordable! Mini Site Creator – This site is the step by step site of Jim Edwards and is also an easy to use video tutorial site. His laid back style makes it feel easier to do and as of July 2008, was under $400.
These are only a few of the MANY website creating programs out there. We recommend these because we have used them and feel confident in their ability and longevity. ---------------------------------------------------------- Copywriting or Writing Skills: If you would like to brush up on your writing skills or have never really had previous writing experience, these can help you tremendously! I purchased several courses and eBooks regarding this and continue to re-read them to refresh and get new ideas.
Make Your Content Presell : Ken Evoy again, has written a FREE eBook that we highly recommend. If you don’t think you are a writer, Ken will prove you wrong! Ultimate Copywriting Workshop : This FREE PDF file from Yanik Silver is another fantastic find and a must have.
Turn Words Into Traffic : This was written by Jim and Dallas Edwards and is geared towards article writing and is another great find.
Net Writing Masters Course : Ken Evoy, yet again! This is a FREE email course and delves even deeper into writing than his last eBook. Fantastic find.

WordTracker : This is the tool that we use in researching your ideas and keywords. There is both, a free and paid service. I usually recommend using the free service until your site is up and running and then going back and opting for the paid service as you begin to tweak and improve your site! Good Keywords : This is another FREE service but is a download and can be a little quirky sometimes. I would recommend that you compare some of the keywords with Wordtracker occasionally to see if there is a difference in results. It does give pretty accurate information though. Marketing Merge : I personally use this site because there is a TON of information there and they keep adding on… Find out how to use social sites to promote your business, learn how to utilize video or audio on a site, create great business relationships within business networking groups. There are wonderful video tutorials on how to place an article on Squidoo, signing up for a blog, etc. Just a wealth of information!

Directories being able to find good sites is somewhat difficult with so much going on with the Internet. The Directories listed are a few of the ones our team has used and feel confident in. Of course there are multitudes of information on the Internet, so if you don't find what you want here you might want to Google the specific term and see what you find!
