Let's Begin!

Ok, are you ready? Then let's begin?
If you read the
Welcome Page
and/or the
About Linda King
Page, you saw the words “Passion” and “Assisting Others”. These two key elements should always be in the back of your mind!
You MUST be passionate about starting a business and your business must provide something that will assist others. Otherwise, you are going to have a really hard time trying to get traffic to convert to customers on your site!
To get the most out of this section, you may want to read it in its entirety if you are new, or go to the individual sections if you are just looking for specifics. This way you don’t miss out on a resource or a needed tool.
We will go through four sections on this page with links to sub categories that support those sections. Read through this page and THEN go back to check out the links. This keeps you from jumping around and getting confused. Stay focused, even if it takes more time, this way you come out of the process with a viable idea.
Your Idea or “Niche” :
A niche is just another word for a particular area of interest . Let's look at Tennis as your internet business idea. Your “niche” may be selling tennis rackets and the appropriate extras. Strings, covers and “how to” video’s would be examples of the “extra’s”.
What about your idea in assisting others? Can you produce a website or blog about your passion and turn that into a way to help others? If you have played tennis for many years, maybe you could provide video’s on the right swings. Or sell tennis rackets that you have personally used as a child, teen and adult.
Think about what you are passionate about, what that passion might provide to others and you just might be on to something. If tennis is something that you truly care about, you may be able to start a buisness by providing above-average information on different courts, various products, etc. Do you play tennis now? Have you visited tennis courts around the USA? Would you be interested in creating a video about tennis?
Think of the many people that might be interested in learning more. See where this is going? Once we find an “idea” or “niche”, we can start the process of research to find out if it is something that we can create a viable business upon!
The great thing about creating an online business:
You CAN create a business for less money than an offline business
There are low cost set-ups and tools that you can use
No need for employees (until you get big)
You don’t HAVE to carry inventory anymore
Make money while you are sleeping (or working)
You can do it from home (or vacation)
There is a Global market waiting to see what you have
AND – You can make MONEY! Even with the multitudes that are already out there, there will never be a better time to get in on the action because there will always be an endless supply of customers!
Do you have an existing business you want to get online? Follow along then!
NOTE! Be aware that if you can create your own informational product, your chances of success will be much higher! That’s because people look to other “people” for help, not to a product. We will get into that some more a little later.
Step 1 Jot down some ideas. Think about your potential internet business idea’s and rank them in order of what excites you the most. Don’t worry just yet about making money with it. We will get to that later!
Step 2 Research your idea by using Google’s WordTracker service. If you have not used this service yet, it is simple and FREE. The paid service is better but not necessary for now.
Step 3 Decide if you are going to sell your own products or if you need affiliate programs for your idea to get started while you work on your own. Check out the Opportunities link for affiliate programs that we have used and feel confident in.
Step 4 Take Action! Begin creating a website and plugging in the needed resources and tools to start getting noticed and earning an income! Don’t worry if you do not have a website yet. We have programs to help you with that listed in the
Resources Page
! These are programs our group has used, are cost effective and fairly easy to use (even for beginners).
Remember that starting a business doesn't have to be difficult but it will take a little time and effort. By going through the steps systematically, you will have a better understanding of how things work and how to succeed! Let's begin with our four seperated steps.
